Course Access: Once you have enrolled in a course or purchased a tool, you are granted immediate access to the content. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds for any digital content once it has been accessed or downloaded.

Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues with the platform that prevent you from accessing your purchased content, we may consider offering a refund or course replacement. Course Not as Described: If the course content or materials are significantly different from the description provided on the platform at the time of purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service at info@skillswaly.org for assistance in such cases.

Refunds will be issued only for payments made directly through Skillswaly’s platform and will not include any third-party fees.
5. No Refunds for Subscription Services

Subscription Services: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of the subscription period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period. Canceling the subscription will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing cycle.
